Prepare and maintain daily site progress reports to track project developments.
Collaborate with the Machinery Department to coordinate the mobilization, servicing, and repair of machinery, equipment, and plants at the job site and other facilities.
Work closely with the Safety Department to implement and uphold safety requirements at the site.
Supervise and monitor the progress of subcontractors work at the site.
Liaise with the Purchasing Manager to facilitate the purchase of building materials at the site.
Arrange and conduct subcontractor meetings and participate in technical interface meetings with clients and consultants.
Review structural drawings and prepare Request for Information (RFI) submissions to consultants for inspection. Vet approved method statements and work instructions.
Ensure the timely submission of shop drawings and follow up on the preparation of As-Built Drawings and material sample submissions at the site.
Conduct quality inspections for work completed by subcontractors at the site and maintain records of such inspections.
Ensure that corrective actions arising from customer complaints and non-conformance issues are implemented within specified timeframes.
Be ready to undertake other job assignments as needed by your immediate superior.
Recommend corrective actions regarding work progress and verify project claims.
Issue site memos and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to subcontractors. Close out customer complaints, internal and external NCRs from clients or consultants.
Reject any delivered materials to the site that do not conform to specifications or are of poor quality.
Requirements
Minimum a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
A minimum of 2 years of working experience in the relevant field.
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Excellent interpersonal and social skills.
Demonstrated ability to perform effectively under pressure.
