MohonKelayakan1. Education & Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in scheduling, estimation, or a related field (fresh graduates with relevant technical skills are encouraged to apply).
• Diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or any other field is preferred.

2. Skills & Competencies

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (must be able to handle spreadsheets, formulas, and data entry).
• Strong numerical and analytical skills for accurate estimation.
• Basic understanding of reading architectural drawings is an advantage.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers.

3. Additional Requirements

• Willing to learn and develop knowledge in ironmongery scheduling and estimation.
• Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines.
• Interest in the construction and architectural hardware industry is a plus.

Tanggungjawab1. Ironmongery Scheduling

• Prepare and update detailed ironmongery schedules based on architectural drawings and specifications.
• Ensure schedules comply with project requirements and industry standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to confirm hardware specifications.

2. Quotation Preparation & Cost Estimation

• Prepare accurate quotations for ironmongery packages based on project requirements.
• Assist in identifying cost-effective product alternatives when needed.

3. Data Management & Documentation

• Maintain an organized record of project schedules, quotations, and revisions.
• Ensure all documentation is up to date and accessible to relevant teams.
