Job Description


  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail in maintaining accurate records, documentation, and lease agreements.
  • Proficient in using office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities
  • Assist with the administrative tasks related to property management
  • Assist in conducting regular property inspections to assess maintenance needs, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Document inspection findings and communicate them to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
  • Support the lease management process by assisting in lease preparation and lease renewals
