Job Description




JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle, filling, data entry, incoming and outgoing email and type of documents / letters.
  • Coordinate with project personal to compile the relevant document and reports.
  • Ensure all documentation are stored and well maintained.
  • Assist in daily administration work such as typing and filling.
  • Ensure all payments are updated accordingly.
  • Carry out other job assignments as and when required by the immediate superior.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Possess an STPM or Diploma.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
