\xe2\x80\xa2 Manage various in house & outsource services which include Security, Car Park, Cleaning, Landscape, Concierge & Building Maintenance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Supervise and monitor all the services rendered by service providers / contractors / sub-contractors\xe2\x80\x99 staff \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify defects and recommend solutions by preparing adequate scope of works before calling / sourcing for contractors / suppliers / service providers to quote for rectification of works. \xe2\x80\xa2 Following up on defects rectification progress of facilities and common area. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all renovation applications submitted are with proper documentations and the scopes of works are within perimeters of the existing by-laws / House Rules \xe2\x80\xa2 Carry out routine building inspection, surveillance & improvement to ensure safety & security measures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Attending to customer feedback / complaints & arrange appropriate rectification actions professionally. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in preparation & administration of all property management policies & procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in preparing Monthly Management Reports. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in credit control and all exercises carried out to improve collections of building maintenance fund and sinking fund. \xe2\x80\xa2 Carry out any other relevant tasks assigned by the Company from time to time. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess Bachelor Degree in Property Management / Building Facilities, Diploma in Engineering or any related discipline. \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 1 year working experience in the Building / Property Industry. \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-motivated, well organized and responsible. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good interpersonal and customer service skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to plan, conceptualize and implement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong command of written English and Mandarin. \xe2\x80\xa2 Basic computer skills.
