To support the HOD on day-to-day management such as security, housekeeping, and resident and tenant relations.
To assist the HOD on yearly business operating budget and management reports preparation.
To assist HOD in document review, proposals and contract preparation.
Liaise with relevant authorities to ensure all licenses and insurances are procured or renewed accordingly.
Tenancy management for both residential and commercial.
Handle complaints & enquiries from residents/tenants in a professional manner and maintain good relationships with the residents/tenants.
Maintain proper records of all complaints received and ensure timely attention and resolving all issues as per established service standards.
Obtaining quotations, supervising and monitoring services, rectification and installation works carried out by external contractors and in-house maintenance.
Monitor and evaluate vendor performance.
To liaise with contractor, consultant and authorities on relevant matters.
To undertake and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed and assigned by the superior.
Requirement:
Degree in business studies or its equivalent with good numerical skills. A team player and able to work independently using your initiative and interest to ensure operational continuity.
Preferably working experience or knowledge in maintenance, administration, management or finance with good analytical and problem solving skill.
Excellent Customer Service skills
Excellent time management and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High standard of work, accurate record keeping and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Meticulous, independent and strong in critical thinking.
