Our client is a professional property management company with extensive experience managing a diverse portfolio of properties including residential, commercial, and retail properties. With over 200 properties under their management, they have the expertise and resources to handle every aspect of property management from billing and collection to maintenance and enhancement. Responsibilities Work closely with the Property Manager & accounts personnel to ensure that all rental collections are timely collected and no overdue. Maintain property by investigating and resolving tenants complaints/problems Follow-up with contractors on maintenance and rectifications of defects. Communicate with the tenants on property related matters Assist and overseas the day to day property operational matters Promptly attend to emergencies matters and report to Superior as & when necessary Prepare reports, ensure proper documentations and other related administrative matters are in place. Keep updated control sheet to ensure all documents, agreement, etc are up to date and renewal are made in time. Analyse & understand the contents in the Agreements and ensure compliance Effective follow through to ensure that documents are timely executed, efficiently recorded, filed and updated. Assist on the ad-hoc matter which are assigned by manager from time to time. Requirements
