Job Description

Job Purpose:

Responsible for developing an internal price sheet and preparing cost estimates based on the Client's requirements. Able to prepare and liaise with other departments to prepare the Technical Proposal. Able to multitask and handle complete, detailed work with minimal supervision. Support the improvement of proposal submission methods, processes, database, and tools.

Duties and Responsibilities

Tender is submitted according to the Owner's requirement. To advise the Project Team on the Tender details (Both Technical & Commercial) on the project awarded. Organize internal kick-off meeting Produce project budget costing for the Project Dept. To advise/assist the Project Dept on contract matters, scope of work, and variation orders To advise/assist the Procurement Department on suppliers/subcontractors selected during the tender stage. To compile and update vendor pricing. To work with other departments to ensure all Commercial and Technical Proposal is complete To respond to post-technical and commercial clarifications Issuance of RFQ to subcontractors and suppliers Assist the Proposal Manager in completing the Bid submissions To participate in CSR programs and other team-building activities organized by the Company

Qualifications

At least a Diploma in any Engineering Discipline or equivalent Minimum 2 years working experience in Estimation / Tendering / Project Execution Knowledge to Project Scheduling software is an added advantage Fluent in English and Bahasa. Knowledge in Microsoft Office

Working Conditions

Required to travel for tender briefing/site surveys at short notice. Required to be outstation for a few days due to site visits / tender clarification meetings. Required to work during weekends / public holiday to complete proposal submission or answer client's technical clarification.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
