To assist Unit Hospital catering manager to ensure smooth running at all section in Unit Hospital catering.
To establish work assignments for all section above including Vegetable Preparation section, butchery section, cooking and plating by using all information received the hospital
Overall responsible to ensure the food and service quality practices are implemented on the floor.
Overall responsible to ensure the food safety practice on the floor are followed according to GMPs and HACCP program.
Overall responsible to ensure the food Quality System and HALAL requirements are practice on the floor.
To improve Customer's Satisfaction by performing audit, sensory and to do rectification based on agreed schedule.
To assist in customer audits and follow up on the implementation of Departmental Corrective Action Record and Sustainability.
Monitor staff activity and progress of work assignments in Hot Kitchen.
To manage all staff matters i.e., Annual Leave, Medical Leave, Staff Overtime, under him/her.
Any other duties assigned and instructed by the superior.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Catering Management, Food Tech or Food Service Management and equivalent
