Identify customer issues and provide quick, accurate troubleshooting.
Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and follow up to ensure resolution.
Handle technical support tasks including hardware/software installation, configuration, and basic network issue resolution.
Support new application roll-outs and assist with documentation.
Manage multiple support cases simultaneously.
Test and evaluate new technologies as required.
Knowledge & Skills
Basic understanding of tech or desktop support.
Familiarity with Windows, Linux, or MacOS.
Basic knowledge of remote desktop tools and help desk systems.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Requirements
Malaysian citizen from a recognized university.
Minimum CGPA 2.5.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, System Management or related field (advantage).
Age 27 years old and below.
Unemployed for more than 6 months after final exam or less than 1 year working experience.
Energetic, self-motivated, and good interpersonal skills.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
