Maintaining private and confidential matters and constantly alert to any attempts made to breach confidentiality and leak of confidential information (i.e. salaries, medical history, disciplinary actions, company future plans, resignations, promotion and transfer) and other sensitive information must be protected from unauthorized access by staff and visitors. 6. Travelling preparation, arranging and confirming air-tickets, accommodation, transportations. 7. Entertain visitors, greet them pleasantly and courteously. 8. Ensure that all correspondences and enquiries have been processed and action where necessary. Administer and effective follow-up system. 9. In-charge of General Manager\xe2\x80\x99s office, in terms of stationeries, pantry, copiers, whatever items required from time-to-time. 10. Developing an effective and efficient filling system, copying documents. 11. Ensuring cleanliness and maintain a corporate image at General Manager\xe2\x80\x99s office. 12.
