Job Description
-Responsibilities for Bill of Quantities taking off and tender preparation -Familiar with the contract legal conditions (pre-contract & post-contract), current constructions price rates -Take-off materials quantities and ensure the qualities of materials are in compliance to specification. -Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project - Any others task assigned by management. REQUIREMENTS: \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess a Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Fresh graduates encourage to apply \xe2\x80\xa2 Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia \xe2\x80\xa2 Required skill(s): AutoCad, Microsoft Excel \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess own transport. \xe2\x80\xa2 5.5 days working and based at site office (Batu Pahat)
