Phone and Email Management: Efficiently answer phone calls and manage daily emails.
Record Maintenance: Maintain and update filing records for seamless document retrieval.
Facilities Management: Monitor office cleanliness and facilities conditions; coordinate with contractors for repairs and maintenance.
Reporting: Prepare monthly reports and mileage comparisons.
General Support: Undertake additional tasks as assigned by upper management, including managing office stationery and purchase orders.
Assets Record: Handle daily records for assets
Purchaser Responsibilities:
Sourcing: Identify and source required materials
Purchase Orders: Prepare purchase orders and negotiate quotations and payment terms with suppliers
Timely Deliveries: Ensure the timely delivery of ordered goods by coordinating with suppliers and project personnel
Delivery Status: Follow up with suppliers on delivery statuses and provide updates to relevant parties
