HIRING NOW: Purchaser / Procurement Executive

Location: Prima Sri Gombak

Salary: RM2,000 - RM2,500 (depending on experience & qualifications)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8.00 AM - 6.00 PM)

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about ensuring smooth supply operations?

We're looking for a dedicated and proactive Purchaser to manage procurement activities and ensure our company gets the best quality materials at the best value.

Responsibilities:

Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, equipment, and supplies according to company requirements. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent product quality and timely delivery. Evaluate supplier performance and pricing competitiveness. Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs and specifications. Prepare and maintain accurate purchasing records, reports, and documentation. Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Preferably Male candidates. Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement (fresh graduates are welcome to apply). Good negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office / Excel and basic purchasing systems. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently. Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Melayu effectively.
