?Prepare & maintain purchase records, POs & supplier documents
? Liaise with suppliers & ensure timely deliveries (follow up)
?Handle filing, data entry & administrative support
?Match invoices with POs & deliveries
?Assist in daily operations & ad-hoc tasks
Requirements:
Min. SPM/Diploma (Preferably: Female, Malay Muslim)
1 year experience in purchasing/inventory/material management (Fresh grads encouraged to apply)
Strong organizational & communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Responsible, able to work under pressure & independently with minimum supervision
Possess own transportation
Able to start immediately & willing to work in Setia Alam
