Purchasing Admin

who enjoys the thrill of sourcing the best deals, thrives on doing research, and is quick on their feet when it comes to finding alternative solutions. If you love shopping smart, building strong supplier relationships, and contributing to a positive and collaborative team, we want to hear from you!

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Assist in the sourcing and purchasing of goods and services in line with company needs and budgets Research and evaluate suppliers to find quality products at competitive prices Track orders and ensure timely delivery Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier details Support negotiations with vendors to secure the best terms Work closely with other departments to understand their purchasing requirements Identify potential alternative products or suppliers when issues arise Foster and maintain good relationships with vendors and stakeholders

WHO YOU ARE:

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative related roles Strong research skills and a keen eye for finding great deals Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Quick thinker with a problem-solving mindset Positive, cheerful, and proactive attitude Organized and detail-oriented Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite and comfortable working with purchasing systems Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia Posses own transport and able to travel between locations within Klang Valley
