PLAYA Racquet Club is seeking a proactive and energetic
Purchasing Admin
to support our procurement operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys smart sourcing, comparing deals, and building strong vendor relationships. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Assist in sourcing and purchasing goods and services according to company needs and budgets.
Research and evaluate suppliers to secure quality products at competitive prices.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery of all purchased items.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
Coordinate with internal departments to understand and fulfill purchasing requirements.
Identify alternative products or suppliers when issues arise.
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
Attend to ad-hoc purchasing requests when necessary.
