Based in: Head Office, Ipoh



Responsibilities



  • Responsible for request quotation and purchase required material for the company.
  • Prepare purchase order based on approved requisition.
  • Prepare report, documentation and File off specification claim to suppliers.
  • To assist the executive on day-to-day operation according to the guidelines.
  • - To ensure compliance with all Company\xe2\x80\x99s operating - policies and standing instructions.
  • Any other duties as assigned.




Requirements



  • Candidate must posses at least Diploma in Business Administration / Management or equivalent from recognized university.
  • At least 2 years for working experience in related field.
  • Fast learner, independent and self-motivated.
  • Able to work and communicate efficiently with internal and external parties.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good negotiating and calculation skills.
