Roles and Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage purchasing daily processing cycle form response to PR, get quotation, purchase materials (PO issuance), verify specifications and pricing issue, follow up delivery and etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare and update monthly Purchasing report. \xe2\x80\xa2 Fully support, understand and follow up on Sales, Engineering, Inter-department inquiry. \xe2\x80\xa2 Generate the Purchase Return, Return Replacement/Credit Entry for goods return. \xe2\x80\xa2 Create, maintain and update main core products code by getting products specification/data sheet from supplier. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate with Warehouse Department to ensure minimum stock levels are achieved. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible to source, negotiable and purchase materials, packages and deliveries from local and overseas vendors. Responsible to negotiable on pricing to ensure products, quality, pricing, services and deliveries are sources and awarded competitively. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven experience working with cross functional teams to ensure cost control and process improvements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Evaluate vendor\xe2\x80\x99s quotation to ensure that the products / services are in line with the technical specifications required for the project or user. \xe2\x80\xa2 Advise internal and external parties on issues regarding purchasing terms & conditions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain and update purchasing records/data and pricing in system. \xe2\x80\xa2 To feedback and follow up the issues regarding quality, shortage, wrong products delivery, claim and replacement with suppliers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible to ensure materials and general parts are purchased according to purchase requisition. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responsible for supporting purchasing audits. \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other job responsibilities assigned by the management as and when required. Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any fields. \xe2\x80\xa2 Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin. \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking vendors from overseas. \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 1-2 year(s) in Purchasing experiences. \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer literate with hands-on experience on ERP system, MS office, company administration. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge in ISO internal & external audit is an advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good working attitude, responsible.
