Purchasing Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

Responsibilities:



Handle daily purchasing activities including sourcing, quotation comparison, and supplier negotiation. Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and vendors. Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, and related documents. Monitor delivery schedules and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely supply. Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier database. Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill purchasing requirements. Support other procurement and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:



Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field. Good command of English and Malay.

Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken & written) is required

to communicate with suppliers. Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Experience in purchasing/procurement is an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
