- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- Prefer Good Demand in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Mandarin speaking and writing is a MUST.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented mindset and ability to multitask, prioritize, & manage time efficiently.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to analyze problems & strategize for better solutions.
- Source, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts from both local & oversea vendors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local & overseas suppliers.
- Customize and personalize gifts based on corporate branding requirements.
- Work closely with internal teams to understand client preferences.
- Issue purchase orders, ensure timely production and track order fulfillment.
- Work with logistics and warehouse teams for stock management.
- Optimize procurement costs while maintaining product quality.
- Conduct quality checks on received products before delivery.
- Make professional decisions in fast-paced environment.
- Work with team members to complete duties as needed.
