Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery performance
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors and suppliers
Manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production/operations teams
Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations
Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers
Prepare procurement reports, budgets, and forecasts
Manage and mentor procurement or purchasing staff (if applicable)
