Job Description

Responsibilities:

Responsible for procurement of local operation needs, including inventory items, MRO items, spare part, equipment, engineering items, manufacturing supplies, office equipment, facilities and other services Responsible for leading cost improvement efforts for local supply base, lead the negotiation with local suppliers for the best quality, price, lead time and items in line with target cost and quality performance Negotiates with external vendors regarding purchase contracts Lead the new supplier qualification performance rating activities Reviews and approves purchase order Assists in personnel functions, including performance appraisal, promotion and compensation actions, decides and takes action on the hiring, training, scheduling and terminating of purchasing staff Performs any other duties assign from management

Requirement:

Degree in relevant education qualification At least 5 years of working experience in the EMS or electronics manufacturing environment Strong supervisory skills and leadership skills Familiar in SAP system

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM14,000.00 per month
