We are looking for a passionate and responsible candidate to join our growing team as:

Position: Purchasing

Job Summary

Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, equipment, and services required for production operations. Ensures timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality compliance according to company standards.

Procurement & Sourcing

Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers and vendors.

Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate the best terms.

Issue purchase orders (PO) and ensure proper documentation.

Material Planning

Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to determine material needs.

Monitor inventory levels and reorder materials as needed.

Ensure uninterrupted supply to avoid production downtime.

Supplier Management

Maintain and update supplier database and performance records.

Develop strong supplier relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Handle supplier complaints or non-conformance issues.

Compliance & Documentation

Ensure all purchases comply with company policies and quality standards.

Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.

Prepare regular purchasing and cost reports.

Main Responsibilities:

Handle purchasing of raw materials, packaging, and operational supplies.

Communicate with suppliers, obtain quotations, and compare pricing.

Ensure sufficient stock levels for production needs.

Maintain proper purchasing records and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

Experience in purchasing, preferably in a manufacturing or food industry.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
