Key Responsibilities & Job Functions

Strategic Sourcing & Contract Management

Identify, qualify and onboard ingredient suppliers (local and international). Lead RFP/RFQ processes and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and lead times to secure the best total cost of ownership.

Procurement Operations via Autocount ERP

Maintain and update the master item list (SKUs, UOMs, safety stocks) in Autocount. Generate and approve purchase orders directly in Autocount, ensuring complete traceability. Track inbound shipments and update goods?received transactions in Autocount; match supplier invoices for three?way reconciliation.

Inventory Control & Demand Planning

Monitor stock levels of perishable and non?perishable ingredients; set reorder points in Autocount based on sales forecasts and production schedules. Run weekly "days?on?hand" and slow?moving reports; collaborate with Sales & Operations to adjust forecasts.

Data Analysis & Reporting

Drive the month?end close process by accurately reconciling purchase accruals with accounts payable reports.

Compliance, Quality & Continuous Improvement

Ensure all procurement activities comply with food?safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP) and company policies. Conduct periodic data?integrity audits to validate accuracy of purchase records and inventory balances.
Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. 2+ years' experience in procurement for food, baking, or FMCG industries--experience with perishable goods a plus. Hands?on expertise with Autocount/ ERP (or similar systems); strong data?entry discipline and systems mindset. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups) and comfort learning new ERP modules. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder?management skills.
