Ensuring adequate provisioning of materials from vendors for standard and consumable items for production use.
Sourcing new materials for new model and projects, ensuring all materials arrive on time for production.
Liaising and communicating with the production/engineering department regarding any changes, such as material changes and new items for improvement.
Ensuring strict adherence to our purchasing policies; purchasing the best quality at the best prices from suppliers.
Closely liaising with Production on material shortages, replacement orders, rejected parts, parts availability, and delivery matters related to the Materials Department.
Working closely with Warehouse and Shipping on the arrival of goods and liaising with the Finance department on vendor payments.
Job requirement :-
Bachelor degree or Diploma in Supply Chain or related
Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
Must be good communication in English & Mandarin
