Job Description

:

Manage overall QC department are functions well. Manage all activities related Quality Control & Quality Assurance to ensure the company operations in compliance with ISO 9001:2015. Reviews technical problems and procedures of departments and recommends solutions to problems or changes in procedures. Visits and confers with representatives of material and component vendors to obtain information related to supply quality, capacity of vendor to meet orders and vendor quality standards. Confers with engineers about quality assurance of new products designed and manufactured products on market to rectify problems. Carry out investigation on any non-conformance product and perform necessary corrective actions to ensure conformance Quality Assurance requirement. Conduct testing, evaluating, verifying and report preparation. Responsible for product research & development upon request by top management. Responsible for trains & supervising subordinate. Review current standards and policies Coordinate and manage system improvement meeting and its activities Handle any finished products issues especially that requires justification prior to release (ensure proper investigate and verification done prior to release of products). Responsible in manage and handling annual ISO audit.

Job Requirement:

Possess at least Professional Certificate / Diploma Experienced in handling ISO 9001:2015. Minimum 5-8 years of working experience with Quality (

powder coating field

). Have been 3-5 years in managerial position. Able to handle subordinates issue.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
