Job Description

In charge of QC department, planning, coordinating, implementing and maintaining the most effective and efficient procedures for optimum quality assurance to meet ISO 9001 standard as well as customer\'s requirements. \xef\x81\xac To handle Quality Control Presentation on \xe2\x80\x9cQuality Planning Process\xe2\x80\x9d to on-line new customer as well as existing customers when necessary. \xef\x81\xac Liaison and coordination with external suppliers and internal production team to facilitate new product development. \xef\x81\xac Coordinates with customers to determine product specifications and design changes and responds to their request. \xef\x81\xac Oversee product quality performance and continuous process improvement to meet customers\' requirements. \xef\x81\xac Ensure quality related issues and customer feedbacks are promptly resolved through effective corrective action. \xef\x81\xac Work interactively with production, sales, customer and supplier to seek for improvement on quality issue and productivity. \xef\x81\xac Review manufacturing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) periodically. \xef\x81\xac Develop and implement procedures such a Quality Assurance Test Procedures, Control Plans, and Work Instructions that will assure product quality and customer satisfaction goals are met. \xef\x81\xac In charge of the QA & QC department. \xef\x81\xac Act as the company\'s ISO management system representative. \xef\x81\xac Plan and co-ordinate the internal quality control \xef\x81\xac Monitor on the implementation and compliance of the company\xe2\x80\x99s QMS 9001 and EMS 14001. Requirement \xef\x81\xac Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree or equivalent. \xef\x81\xac At least 3 year(s) of working experience in manufacturing environment. \xef\x81\xac Good in analytical skill and problem solving skill. \xef\x81\xac Display team player characteristics and potential to take on more responsibilities. \xef\x81\xac Good in communication skill and able to work independently.
