Job Description

1. Assist in maintaining ISO 9001 Quality Management System, GDP, GDPMD regulatory system and other systems as and when required. 2. Involve and support in internal quality audit to ensure the requirement of ISO9001/GDP/GDPMD/other systems are adhered throughout the organization. 3. Support during site periodic/surveillance/certification/customer/any external audit for ISO9001, GDP, GDPMD, Authority, Regulatory or other management systems 4. Responsible to update legal changes in Legal Requirement Form. 5. Responsible to update License Management Record. 6. Authorized to monitor and update all related document and record in common folder (related to Libun only) and hard copy filing system for ISO 9001, safety & environmental document, Halal, IPM and GDPMD as per instructed by superior. Manual Quality Procedure Work instruction Records Support documents Weekly/Monthly/Yearly Reports and etc. 7. Authorized to conduct process, hot-spot, housekeeping and other audits/inspections. To compile and publish the reports to respective department. 8. 8. Authorized to follow up and update CAPA and closure for CAR, Damage & Loss, internal audit, customer audit, certification audit, authority audit finding, Y-Score and other corrective actions. 9. Authorized to create new procedures as and when necessary for QA or as instructed by QA Senior Manager/ Executive/ Senior Executive or management. 10. Authorized to conduct training related to QA (process & requirements) 11. Attend QA/IPM/other incidents when required. 12. Responsible for the QA roles within the inbound, outbound and customization activities. 13. Perform other tasks or projects as instructed by the superior.
