JOB HIGHLIGHTS

Responsible to ensure the Quality Management System (QMS) is fully implemented in an organized and efficient manner. Responsible to work closely with other engineers and related construction team. Oversee project quality to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, equipment specific specifications, and QMS requirements. Advising and supporting team member, consultant and clients within the lines of business structure, to improve the quality of construction and maintenance process. Responsible for preparing Project Quality Plan (PQP) that supports the project and clients' requirements on quality assurance and quality control. Prepare Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and Checklist with reference to Codes, standards and project specifications. Ensure that non-conforming project activities including potential non-conformance are identified and resolved through approved quality procedures. Provide independent quality control inspection of vendors/contractors and sub-contractor. Ensure all Contractors' QAQC control measures and procedures are documented, implemented, auditable and fully comply with all Client and regulatory agency requirements. Responsible for all field inspections and coordination of inspection activities to ensure the quality level. Maintaining the quality assurance records and execution of periodic inspection for each project. Ensure that the QC inspection work proceeds in accordance with PQP, control procedures and inspection procedures. Review the quality of all materials at the site, ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality, and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and quality materials. Coordinate with the Consultant's representative and Site Person In-charge (PIC) for Inspections. Facing of internal audits as an auditee, and ensuring Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) compliance to Non Conformances.

OTHERS

Perform other ad hoc duties or tasks as assigned from time to time. To comply with any instructions issued by the Company as long as they do not conflict with existing legislation. All changes in the field of assignment will be updated and notified from time to time by the Management of Radical Internetwork Sdn Bhd.

CORE COMPETENCIES

Able to communicate in English. Profound knowledge in Quality Management System (QMS), Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST) standard and TIA-568B standard. Must hold a bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or other engineering related field. Willing to work on-site and manage QAQC documentation for project. Detail-oriented and great troubleshooting skills.Able to work independently and contribute for the team excellence as well. Excellent documentation and presentation skills.

CERTIFICATION, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 1-2 years experience as QAQC Engineer and/or equivalent. Has previous experience in construction projects or semiconductor projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment. Excellent organization and time management. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
