oManage all testing and the documentation for the project

oEnsure Documentation in order

oInitiate and coordinate submissions to client & consultant reviews

oTake lead for ACC/BIM360 portal and coordination.

oShall ensure quality delivery from the project installation and coordinate handover to client and internal service department

oTo review the project design and ensure operation feasibility

oTo verify and evaluate the quality and performance of the equipment/ system according to the specification and requirement before delivery to the client

oInvolve in project early stage to understand the construction and Testing & Commissioning requirement

oEnsuring work compliances to standards, in accordance with engineering practices

oUnderstanding Built Plans (M&E), Technical Literature and Equipment Manuals

oEquipment trouble-shooting, root cause analysis, review and propose solutions

oReports to PMO for any work issues and non-compliances

oConduct Site Acceptance Test (SAT), Integrated System Test (IST), Testing and Commissioning (T&C), User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

oSupport Project Team on any technical issues related to Testing Procedures

oWork closely with Engineering Team and understand the Design

oPrepare T&C test sheets & documentation prior T&C inspection

oSchedule & Coordinate all T&C activities including attending equipment SAT Testing and submitting site Inspection reports

oLiaise with project T&C consultant on all T&C matters, and ensure all reports are compile and submitted after every inspection

oAble to compile, review and submit all T&C MOS for consultant review and approval

oAny other duties assigned by PMO

oDesign and implement comprehensive quality control processes and quality assurance plans.

oPropose and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.

oCommunicate quality performance and issues to management and stakeholders.

oPrepare training module to project teams on quality control standards and procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
