Job Description

Conduct daily inspections and tests to ensure all construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and contractual quality standards. Oversee and verify all quality-related procedures on-site, ensuring activities are carried out in accordance with the approved Method Statement and Inspection & Test Plan (ITP). Coordinate with consultants and the construction team on inspections, quality meetings, and resolution of quality issues, including the closure of Non-Compliance Reports (NCRs). Maintain all QA/QC documentation, including certificates, calibration records, test results, inspection requests, NCRs, Site Instructions (SI), material deliveries, and related quality records. Ensure timely closure of NCRs and SIs, and uphold quality standards across all civil, architectural, and structural works. Prepare Method Statements, Inspection & Test Plans, and Checklists in accordance with project specifications. Conduct internal audits as outlined in the Project Quality Plan (PQP) to ensure continual quality compliance. Liaise with the construction team for submission and approval of material submittals to the consultant. Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior or management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification. Minimum 1-3 years of relevant QA/QC experience in the construction industry. Able to commit to a 6-day work week. Strong understanding of Quality Assurance and Quality Control practices. Responsible, resourceful, and able to meet tight deadlines.
