Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

To prepare, review & maintain the Project Quality Plan throughout the project's duration Responsible for the supervision and monitoring of construction works in accordance with the contracts and construction drawings especially in respect of specifications, quality and time of completion. To ensure that all material delivered to site are conform to the approved specifications by consultant. Ensure all testing / measuring / test equipment are calibrated and controlled Upon completion of work, to carry out final inspections and handovers including ensuring that all as-built drawing is prepared prior to issuance of certificate of practical completion. To regularly report to relevant superiors on the progress of the works and the problem areas encountered especially in respect defective, outstanding or non-confirming works or delayed works.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Civil, Architecture Engineering and Construction Management. At least 2 years of working experiences in construction, building management or related field . Knowledge in Quality Assurance and Quality Control is added advantage. Interpersonal skills and able to work independent. Must possess AutoCAD skills

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
