Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance and control procedures to ensure all construction works meet design specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor workmanship, materials, and compliance with approved drawings and quality plans.

- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams to resolve quality issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.

- Review and verify material test reports, inspection records, and construction documentation for accuracy and completeness.

- Prepare quality reports and maintain QAQC documentation, including non-conformance reports (NCR) and follow-up actions.

- Assist in pre-handover inspections (VP stage) to ensure all units and common areas comply with quality standards before delivery.

- Provide technical support and training to site teams to promote awareness of quality standards and best practices.

- Continuously improve quality processes by identifying recurring issues and recommending preventive measures for future projects.

Job Requirements

-Minimum Degree holder

in Civil Engineering or related field.

-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant experience in construction/QAQC will be an added advantage.

-Strong understanding of quality assurance and quality control processes.

-Good communication and coordination skills.

-Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

-Able to work independently and as part of a team.

-Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic engineering software/tools.

Pay: From RM3,600.00 per month
