Role and Responsibilities

Prepare Quality Assurance and Quality Control plans Assess the systems and controls that organisation has put in place Provide methods to carry out quality assurance and quality control procedures Plan for inspections at different phases of the project Propose continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality management system Draft inspection checklists Conduct inspections to ensure that materials used comply with relevant quality assurance requirements and regulatory guidelines Conduct site surveillance to adhere to quality control procedures Evaluate if corrective actions taken are accurate and implemented effectively Apply organisational environmental sustainability and green building standards and guidelines during inspections Plan preventative maintenance. Work with others to detect problems and implement solutions. Maintaining quality and safety standards are upheld. Site preparation and co-ordination, preparation of submission documents. Coordinate, liaise and manage various project stakeholders including customers, consultants, sub- contractors, vendors, etc. on site to ensure project requirements are met. Able to communicate effective to all stakeholders. Prepare and create detail work schedule, manpower and resource planning. Coordinate the safety management system on site. Follow up and reporting on the project progress. All other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by reporting manager.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

3-5 years relevant experience in the Construction Industrial Engineering industry.

Outgoing with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and target oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Strong knowledge of civil, structural, architectural or mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines, codes, and regulations

Ability to interact effectively with project members and managers at all levels.

The candidate must be Malaysian.

Able to communicate in English.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
