Job Responsibilities

Conducting quality control inspections of receiving incoming raw materials and parts/components. Maintain Project Quality Document, Drawing and Specification. Directs and manages the daily activities of the site work. Material testing and witness all material QC inspection. Review quality of all materials at the site and ensure compliance with all project specifications and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and maintain the quality of materials. Analyze all products and non-conformance processes and evaluate all documents to ensure the maintenance of optimal quality and prepare reports to evaluate performance. Oversee supervision of all visual inspections, including 3rd party sub-contractors. Managing inspection, and testing plans for new construction. Assist QAQC Manager / Project Manager in establishing the Project Quality Plan (PQP). Assist QAQC Manager / Project Manager in liaising with certification body on matter relating on certification of the system. Coordinate with the consultant's representative and Site In-charge for inspection. Report to the QAQC Manager / Project Manager, control and monitor all activities related to Quality. Undertake other related jobs from time to time as directed by the QAQC Manager / Project Manager and Directors.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Construction and Civil Engineering or its equivalent. Must be a CIDB green card holder. Minimum five (5) years working experience in Project Construction, in similar position or related working experience. Preferably candidates with extension working experience in construction management, development professional, highly competent to resolve all construction issues for fast-track projects. In-depth understanding of construction procedures, technical and project management principles. Good leadership and interpersonal skill to communicate with other team members. Self-motivated, able to work under pressure, multitask, problem solving skills, independent and able to meet tight deadlines. Understanding of site safety plan and safety activities operation flow. Proficiency in English and Malay and computer literate.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
