Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Implement and monitor project-specific QAQC plans and procedures. Review and ensure all works comply with approved drawings, method statements, and specifications. Prepare and maintain Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and related quality documentation.

Material & Workmanship Inspection



Inspect materials delivered to site for compliance with approved samples and specifications. Conduct inspections on structural, architectural, and M&E works with consultants or clients. Verify test results and coordinate with the lab for material testing requirements.

Documentation & Reporting



Maintain all quality-related documentation including inspection requests, test reports, NCRs, and corrective actions. Prepare QAQC reports and submit to management and clients. Track and close out all non-conformances within defined timeframes.

Coordination & Communication



Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams on quality issues and inspection schedules. Support the QAQC Manager in internal and external audits. Provide quality-related technical advice to construction teams.

Continuous Improvement



Identify recurring quality issues and propose preventive measures. Support training and awareness programs on quality procedures. Participate in review meetings and propose corrective actions to improve overall quality performance.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
