About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive

QA/QC Engineer

to oversee quality assurance and quality control for our Transmission & Distribution (T&D) projects. You will ensure that all engineering, construction, and commissioning activities meet

project specifications, industry standards, and safety requirements

.

What you'll be doing

Develop, implement, and maintain

QA/QC procedures

and documentation for T&D projects. Conduct inspections, tests, and audits on materials, equipment, and workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards. Monitor and report on quality performance and identify areas for improvement. Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients to resolve quality-related issues. Ensure compliance with relevant

standards, codes, and regulations

(e.g., IEEE, IEC, local T&D codes). Review and approve technical documentation, drawings, and test procedures. Participate in

root cause analysis

for non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions. Maintain accurate records, reports, and QA/QC documentation for all project activities. Provide guidance and training to project teams on quality standards and best practices.
What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Minimum

3-5 years of experience

in QA/QC within

Transmission & Distribution

projects. Strong knowledge of T&D equipment, installation procedures, and quality standards. Familiarity with relevant QA/QC standards, codes, and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001, IEC, IEEE). Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and project teams. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and QA/QC software tools. Ability to work on-site, including in high-voltage substation and transmission line environments. Safety certifications (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) preferred.
