Job Description

1. Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC)

Implement and monitor project-specific QA/QC procedures and inspection plans. Assist in preparing and submitting Inspection Requests (IRs) and Material Inspection Requests (MIRs) for consultant/client approval. Conduct and document site inspections for materials, installations, and workmanship in accordance with approved drawings and specifications. Maintain logs for all inspections, testing, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and corrective actions. Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and consultants on QA/QC activities. Support preparation of QA/QC reports.
2. Document Control

Manage and control all incoming and outgoing project documents, drawings, and correspondences. Ensure proper filing (electronic and hard copy) of QA/QC documents such as ITPs, method statements, material submittals, inspection reports, NCRs, and test results. Maintain up-to-date registers for drawings, technical submittals, transmittals, RFI logs, and correspondence. Distribute and track controlled documents to relevant project personnel and subcontractors. Ensure document numbering, version control, and revision tracking are properly maintained. Support audits and ensure QA/QC documentation is compliant with ISO 9001 and project requirements.
3. Coordination & Communication

Coordinate with QA/QC Engineers, Site Engineers, and Project Managers for timely submission and approval of documents. Liaise with site consultants, clients and subcontractors for document-related queries and submittals. Ensure that QA/QC and document control procedures are understood and followed by all site personnel.
4. Reporting & Record Management

Prepare weekly and monthly QA/QC documentation summaries. Archive project documents systematically for easy retrieval and reference. Assist in preparing project close-out documentation, including QA/QC dossiers and as-built records.
5. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Compliance

Support adherence to safety and quality procedures on-site. Report any quality or documentation issues that may impact project compliance or safety.
