Job Description

Responsibilities :

Responsible for incoming inspection of samples to ensure quality is meet with specification before proceed to mass production. Responsible for incoming chemical to ensure the quality is meet with the specification before proceed to process Ensure all products produced are within specification and fit for delivery for customer. Lead, train and supervise IQC, IPQC, FQC & OQC inspector to all aspect affecting work performance. Guide subordinate at the checking process and feedback to superior for any abnormal detection and liaise with production and engineering on quality problems. Team up with Production department for improvement of product. Handle non-conformance reports (NCR) and issue NCR to relevant department. Review and approve IQC, IPQC & QA Reports. Assist HOD in the maintenance and implementation of the Quality & Environmental Management System (IATF &ISO 14001 and ISO 9001). Involve in customer complain for root cause analysis & 8D Reports.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial/Mechanical/Manufacture/Chemical/Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or equivalent. Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia Required skills (s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, AutoCAD. Good learning attitude, strong interpersonal skills, responsible and independent. Able to multitask. Able to work on Monday-Friday. Fresh graduates/ Entry level applications are encouraged to apply.
