Job Description

\xe2\x80\xa2 To supervise Quality Controller on daily activities and arrange work schedule \xe2\x80\xa2 To participate in research and development of new and modified products and troubleshooting of quality and safety issues \xe2\x80\xa2 To conduct risk assessment report as per the Food Safety and GMP practices \xe2\x80\xa2 To interpret and implement quality assurance standards and plan. \xe2\x80\xa2 To review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspections system. \xe2\x80\xa2 To plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure raw materials, packaging materials, equipment and finished goods \xe2\x80\x98quality and safety \xe2\x80\xa2 To coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers \xe2\x80\xa2 To evaluate audit findings (internal, external and third party audit) and implement appropriate corrective actions \xe2\x80\xa2 To investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues. \xe2\x80\xa2 To prepare and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality and safety system. \xe2\x80\xa2 To assure ongoing compliance with industry regulatory requirements for quality and safety \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure working procedures, documents and records in the department comply with QMS and FSMS requirements and maintain properly. \xe2\x80\xa2 To be responsible to ensure effective implementation of HACCP, OPRP (Operations Pre Requisition Process), Halal and quality and safety system \xe2\x80\xa2 To be responsible to personal hygiene and environment, quality, safety and 5S implementation \xe2\x80\xa2 To perform other duties that has been assigned from time to time
