Job Description
Quality Control Team Leader Responsibilities:
Daily Operations Management:
Lead the QC team to ensure daily tasks are completed as per requirements.Test Scheduling:
Plan and execute weekly schedules for molding and property tests for operators.Specimen Compliance:
Ensure that molding test specimens meet customer specifications.Testing Oversight:
Verify that melt flow rate and ash content tests are conducted accurately during production.Non-Conformity Reporting:
Immediately alert supervisors and relevant department heads upon detecting non-conformity in test results.Resource Management:
Monitor and control consumable items for property tests, minimizing wastage where possible.Continuous Improvement:
a) Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
b)Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives.
Additional Tasks:
Undertake any other tasks assigned by superiors as needed.Alamat:
