Lead the QC team to ensure daily tasks are completed as per requirements.
Test Scheduling:
Plan and execute weekly schedules for molding and property tests for operators.
Specimen Compliance:
Ensure that molding test specimens meet customer specifications.
Testing Oversight:
Verify that melt flow rate and ash content tests are conducted accurately during production.
Non-Conformity Reporting:
Immediately alert supervisors and relevant department heads upon detecting non-conformity in test results.
Resource Management:
Monitor and control consumable items for property tests, minimizing wastage where possible.
Continuous Improvement:
a) Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
b)Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives.
Additional Tasks:
Undertake any other tasks assigned by superiors as needed.
Requirements :
20 - 40 years old ( PEREMPUAN )
Possess a minimum Diploma
Certified Halal holder are preferred
.
Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Computer literate with basic knowledge
Driving license "D" (recommended)
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field (recommended)
