Job Responsibilities

Lead and continuously improve the company's ISO9001 Quality Management System. Plan and manage internal and external audits, including documentation for regulatory and compliance requirements. Oversee all quality inspections, testing activities, and process controls to ensure product reliability. Manage customer complaints by performing root-cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions. Manage supplier quality, conduct supplier audits, and ensure stable and consistent supply performance. Build and develop the quality team, including R&D Quality, Manufacturing Quality, and Quality Systems functions. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field. Experience in manufacturing quality, with proven experience in quality management or a leadership role. 5 years or above of aerospace or automotive industry experience, covering full lifecycle quality (R&D, production, supply chain, after-sales). Knowledge of AS9100 and NADCAP processes is an added advantage (not mandatory). Proficient in office software; strong alignment with company values and culture. Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, product structures, materials, and equipment. Chinese language proficiency is an added advantage.
