In view of the expedition of existing commercial building projects at KLANG VALLEY & PENANG with establish developer and ID Main-con, we are cordially inviting professionals from the ID Fit Out industry to join our establishments for immediate intake. Successful candidates will be orderly remunerate subject to their experience and specialization in contracting.
Work Summary
Monitor project expenses, budget control and work progress certifications.
Tabulate Project Costing, analyst reports and tender strategies.
Handle claims submission, interim payment and variation orders.
Tabulate Site valuation and BQ measurements and certification issuance.
Handle contractual matters and supplier negotiations.
Handle site re-measurement and final account closings..
Attend to site meetings and communicate with internal and external parties.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in QS, ID or Construction Mgmt.
2-3 years experience in ID Fit Out industry
Familiar with Buildings & Commercial Projects ( Shopping /Office / Hotels)
Strong analytical & negotiation skills
Based at Kajang & Site Office

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
