Lead the Contract team in a particular project.
Delegate/lead and discuss tasks with superior.
Initiate/lead quotation requests.
Negotiation of price with supplier.
Prepare the BQ and pricing.
Measurement (back up).
Coordinate with client/consultant on commercial (BQ) part.
Attending project meeting.
Site work evaluation.
CO/VO/LOC preparation.
Progress payment to client.
Sub-contractor/supplier payment verification.
Final Account with client.
Final Post show.
Take off material quantity from drawing / BQ / site.
Any other responsibilities assigned by Management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
