As part of their growth, they are seeking a
Quantity Surveyor
who is detail-oriented and hands-on in managing project costs, tenders, and contracts within the interior design and construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed
Bills of Quantities (BQ), cost estimates, and quotations
for interior design and renovation projects.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with
suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors
to ensure cost competitiveness.
Monitor and manage
project budgets, progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts
.
Conduct
tender preparation and price analysis
to support decision-making and project award processes.
Perform
site visits
to verify work progress and ensure cost compliance with site conditions.
Collaborate with
designers, project managers, and contractors
on cost-related issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide
cost advice and value engineering input
during design development.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with
contractual and company requirements
.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in
Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
.
1-5 years of experience
in interior design, renovation, or fit-out projects.
Proficient in
Microsoft Excel and Word
; knowledge of
AutoCAD or QS software
is an advantage.
Strong
numerical, analytical, and negotiation skills
with attention to detail.
Able to work independently, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Good command of
English and Mandarin
for effective communication with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Remuneration:
Junior QS (1-2 years):
SGD 2,800 - 3,500 per month
Mid-Level QS (3-5 years):
SGD 4,000 - 5,000 per month
Singapore statutory contributions apply
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday (5.5 days per week, total 44 hours)

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
