Determine the variation the will be used to produce valid cost and other estimates. . Prepare and submit progress claims to clients within specific time frame, payment collections and final accounts settlement. . Attend to site valuation and measurement of work done on site and verify subcontractor's monthly claim. . To liaise with subcontractors, consultants and other parties involved in all contractual related issues. . Review offers and quotes by contractors according to requirements to determine the most beneficial alternative. . To undertake any other duties as assigned. Required work experience : . Candidate must possess Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent . At least 5 Years of working experience in building construction . Required Skill(s): MS Office and strong knowledge in Contracts Management . Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Quantity Surveying, Contract Management or equivalent. . Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills . Knowledge of best practices and methodologies . Ability to work independently and in a Team and meet deadline . Ability to use discretion and deal effectively with uncertainties, changes and ambiguities . Well versed with Malaysia Standards and Law . Strong interpersonal and communication skills with analytical and problem-solving approach
