Diploma or Degree Qualification in Quantity surveying/Civil Engineering or other equivalent.
2-3 yrs of relevant working experiences in related industries.
Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.

Responsibilities

Review construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
Assist in establishing a client's requirements and undertake feasibility studies.
Advice Managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.
Set up structure of quantities take off & BoQ.
Check and review the accuracy of BoQ.
Keep an eye on the material costs to ensure the best deals.
Liaise with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
Familiar with construction ID fit out material and supplier is an advantage.
Prepare reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other relevant docs.

Basic Salary: RM3000 - RM4500+ (for reference, depends on candidate's experience & suitability)
5 working days/week, Mon-Fri, 0
