As a supervisor of the Record to Report department within the Internal Finance function you will drive process improvements, automation, efficiency and transparency within the End to End flow.

The R2R process consists of the following sub processes:

• Maintenance of financial master data
• Fix asset schedule maintenance
• Responsible for inter-company reconciliation
• Management of month end flow process
• Finalization of payroll journal
• IFRS compliance
• Month end financial analysis
• Prepare and distributing management reporting
• Statutory reporting
• Responsible for tax compliance accuracy
• Helping on FP&A and ad-hoc task

In this role you will be responsible for China and Taiwan, ensuring that the standard processes are implemented and work effectively. This includes be part of the digitalization journey including workflow management - Enate, and MSFT D365 Finance & Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• The Supervisor is a direct report to the APAC Regional R2R Manager;
• Set up and coach the R2R team to efficiently align and be responsible for organising and managing the work tasks, the performance reviews and development plans of team members;
• Ensure that there is an end-to-end responsibility for the R2R team across the countries, markets and region from a teaming, process and technology perspective;
• Implement and monitors internal control measures which are relevant for the R2R process;

Key Requirements:

• Over 5 years\' experience in an internal environment within Finance, and or similar role
• Pragmatic, hands on and willing to drive for continuous improvement
• Process mindset
• Eye for details
• Good managerial and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin
